British Library Award for POCAHONTAS AND AFTER

20 December, 2018

ORIGINS' Heritage project POCAHONTAS AND AFTER has been honoured with a Teaching and Learning Award from British Library Labs!  Mahendra Mahey, Manager of British Library Labs, said: “We were particularly impressed with the way that Border Crossings used some of our digitised photographs to engage with the public in a manner that was respectful and thought-provoking.”

Here are Artistic Director Michael Walling and Associate Director Lucy Dunkerley with Photographer John Cobb, accepting the Award at the British Library on behalf of everyone who participated in the project.

If you weren't able to catch POCAHONTAS AND AFTER at Syon House, don't forget it's also on show at the Byre Theatre in St Andrews in the New Year.
